• 1. Inquiry

    Share your organization name, estimated quantity (minimum 25+), and the garment you have in mind. We'll use this to create the foundation and shape the order.
  • 2. Design

    Use or reference an existing garment and we’ll work with you to translate it to your chapter. All pieces in the order must be the same design, customization depth varies.
  • 3. Quote and Deposit

    We will provide a quote and estimated turnaround time. Our team will also collect a non-refundable $30 deposit to begin the licensing approval process with your organization (if needed).
  • 4. Licensing Approval

    Most organizations approve licensing & designs within 1–4 weeks. In the case that licensing or design approval is denied, and adjustments would alter our intended aesthetic, the project may not move forward.
  • 5. Design Review

    You will receive a mockup for feedback and revisions. Once the design is approved, we will collect the full payment and proceed to production.
  • 6. Production and Delivery

    All garments are made to order through cut and sew production. Please allow 6-8 weeks from the date of your payment for production and delivery. Orders are shipped to a single chapter representative.

Please note that each organization may have strict branding or apparel guidelines, and we can only produce garments that comply with those standards. We recommend reviewing your organization’s brand guidelines before submitting an inquiry.

Timeline

Production and delivery typically take 6 to 8 weeks from the time your design is approved and payment is received. This includes production and shipping. Timelines may vary slightly depending on the season, order size, or design complexity. If your chapter is on a tight schedule, reach out early and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Shipping

All orders are shipped to a single chapter representative. We do not offer individual shipping to members. Tracking information will be provided once the order is fulfilled. It is the chapter’s responsibility to handle distribution once received.

Cancellations

Orders can be freely canceled if no payment has been made and production has not started. If production has already begun, you will be refunded minus a 5% processing fee and all costs already incurred, including design work, materials, or prep expenses.

Pricing

Chapter order pricing is based on the garment type, quantity, and design complexity. Each project is quoted individually based on your needs.

Payment details are shared during the quoting process. Full payment must be completed before production begins. We accept major credit cards and other standard digital payment methods like Venmo, Paypal, and Zelle.
